For 35 years I have built businesses from ground up and empowered others in their businesses and careers.

For 16 years I built and led a large sales organisation of award-winning teams around Australia-NZ. I trained, coached and mentored leaders and thousands of consultants before email was popular in homes. I consistently led from the front with award winning performances in sales and team development. I reinvented myself as a solo in corporate Melbourne, consulting and delivering end-to-end IT Recruitment for 3 1/2 years. After the 2008 Global Financial Crisis I returned to coaching professionals and entrepreneurs, attained a Graduate Certificate in Management and Training and Assessment qualifications. My clients came through word of mouth and networking, and their breakthroughs excited me.

Seeking further intellectual challenge, I began fulltime University and graduated with Distinction (International Relations, Politics and Policy Studies), 2018. Meanwhile, I maintained volunteer mentor/advisory roles in entrepreneurship programs for Local Council. My plan was to use thaet in corporate or government, but again the winds of change blew with in 2020, and an unexpected convergence.

I felt strongly called back into entreprenuership, this time globally at the bleeding edge of an online marketing model. My vision was to spearhead truthfulness in a stained industry while being effective. I saw organisations shaken or crushed through the pandemic response and recognised my strength in crisis. The work world changed forever; business models broke, new strategies were needed. I was seasoned in reinvention and able to help others transform their career positioning. 

Throughout 2022, I saw the need for education and influence effective voting in Federal and State elections. I masterminded the program, a world-first for the model in political education, and partnered with an influencer with an 80,000 following. WIth no advertising budget, the 5-day program exploded into a firestorm of civic volunteers across the nation. The program provided a model for innovations by other influencers since. In less than two weeks, almost 16,000 registered or came into the federal program, but we lost count of the thousands who threw themselves into personal campaigning. I created smaller programs for State elections since, including another innovative tool to increase voter effectiveness in 2025.   

Coaching remains my bedrock and enduring passion, and I have surrounded myself with high-altitude thought leaders and practitioners in futurist areas of systemic change through AI, blockchain, even transhumanism. These bring new challenges not yet known but emerging. My personal development has been particularly penetrative over the last few years.  

Being a mother of four and ten grandchildren, tunes my future focus. I have the resources and tools to help guide high performing individuals to thrive in generational change, and I have the life lessons to facilitate the authentic.
