Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online Masterclass, digital products, and subscription services (together, the “Services”) offered by Lateral Insights (“we,” “us,” “our”), 32 Purchas St, Werribee, Victoria, 3030, Australia, ABN 20 995 809 833. By registering, purchasing, or otherwise using the Services, you (“you,” “the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. Masterclass Access & Digital Goods
  • License: We grant you a limited, single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Masterclass and any downloadable digital content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Intellectual Property: All videos, worksheets, templates, branding, and written materials remain our exclusive intellectual property (or that of our licensors). You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  1. Subscription Services
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified interval (monthly or annually) until cancelled by you.
  • Price Changes: We will provide reasonable advance notice (at least [14/30] days) before any increase to subscription pricing takes effect on your next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing support@yourdomain.com. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except as set out in Section 4.
  1. Refunds & Cancellation Rights

4.1 General Policy. Due to the immediate-access nature of digital content, purchases of standalone digital products and Masterclass access are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

4.2 Statutory Consumer Guarantees (Australia). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction). If our Services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy regardless of the general policy in 4.1.

4.3 EU/UK Right of Withdrawal. If you are located in the EU or UK, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. By completing your purchase and confirming that you wish to access the digital content immediately, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. If you do not provide this consent, please contact us before purchasing to discuss delayed access.

4.4 Subscription Refunds. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

  1. Fees, Currency & Taxes

All fees are quoted in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) reproduce or redistribute our content; (b) reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (c) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (d) share account access with others; or (e) misrepresent your identity.

  1. Disclaimers & No Guarantee of Results

The Masterclass is educational in nature. We provide tools, strategies, and information, but your individual results — including business revenue, growth, or outcomes — depend on your own effort, execution, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific results.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including non-excludable consumer guarantees), or to liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, without affecting any refund entitlements you may have under Section 4.

  1. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence entitle you to bring a claim in your local courts, in which case those rights are preserved.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice.

  1. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
